Free Shipping Special:  Free Shipping is for flags only ordered using the internet.  Your order must consist of only flags. Stick flags, poles, car flags, bases, guidons, etc. do not meet free shipping requirements.  If you need your items sooner than regular shipping please call 800-580-0009 We will ship 3 day, 2 day and overnight.  Hawaii, Alaska and International -shipping not included. Shipping: Flag only orders are charged a flat rate of $5.00.

Payment:  Payment must be made in full before product is shipped.   We accept visa, Master Card, American Express,  Money orders and checks.  Purchase orders may be accepted from established organizations.  Please call for information. (1-800-580-0009)  We do not ship C.O.D.

Returns:  All returns require, a return authorization number, call 800-580-0009. Unused items may be returned for a refund or exchange of purchase amount within 30 days, along with original receipt.  A return received after 30 days qualifies for a merchandise credit only, minus a 25% restocking fee.  After 60 days, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  No holiday items may be returned after the holiday.  Custom and special order items are not returnable.  We reserve the right to determine if an item has been used, making it not returnable.

Claims:  claims for broken, defective, or incorrect shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.  Merchandise that is evidently damaged upon receipt should not be accepted from the shipping carrier.

Shipment of goods:  In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.  Out of stock items will be placed on backorder and ship when stock arrives.  Please call to check availability of items.

Custom Orders:  A deposit of 50% of the total order price is required to begin processing a custom flag or banner order.  Payment in full is required before shipping.  Custom flags and banners cannot be returned.

Special Orders: Items which we do not carry as a regular stock item and are ordered specially for you must be paid in full at the time of order.  No returns or exchanges on special order products.

Pricing:  All product specifications and prices are subject change without notice.

Privacy Policy:  We only use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order, to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties.

Sales Tax:  We do not charge a sales tax. New Hampshire has no sales tax.  We also do not charge an internet sales tax.
